房间还可以，热水温度低了点，要是能有窗就更好了。另外，我丢了个小本子在房间，酒店居然说没有找到，气死了。

酒店离诗墙很近，常德的星级酒店都是比较偏僻的地方，打车很困难 等半天都打不到车 很抓狂。因为楼下周边不是闹区 吃东西也不太方便。建议房间的工作台的墙上有面镜子就好了。如果喜欢热闹的话在常德住宾馆就可以了 周围热闹点打车稍微好点。br

硬件不评价了，毕竟四星，差也差不到哪里去了。但是服务态度和细节，真是不满意。作为客人，我刷卡消费，卡在前台服务员手里，我伸出手来等着拿卡，服务员眼睛不抬头也不抬，啪就把卡拍台面上了。我没说话。然后是房卡，我还伸手等着拿卡，服务员继续眼睛不抬又啪把卡拍台面上了。我就怒了。服务行业的培训如此不到位，以后能去别家我就不来这家了。除非他们能改好。有的是好酒店，向人学学。真要命。我还从来没给过别家差评。
