应该算是常德较好的星级酒店了，但是由于到的时候差不多11点钟，别人刚退房，还没打扫，于是我就先进去，等他们打扫。等了快1个小时，催了几次，打扫的人都没来。后面好不容易来了，换的床单和枕头上都有黑点，像被人踩过一样，地毯上比较脏，也没怎么扫。brbr其实住的还一般般，就是觉得卫生不咋滴，做的不到位，配不上星级称号。
