这家酒店有点特色，也算干净，前台的态度很好，特别是一位男服务生，很有修养，但入住当天遇上网络堵塞，等了大半个小时都开不了房，早餐品种比较少，幸好有现做米线。最后总结是常德的高档酒店性价比不高，以后自驾游要避开这个城市。

地段不错，停车也很方便；但是整体设施比较老旧了，很多漆面都有破损，烧水壶用的居然是上盖是塑料的，电视的有线电视线估计是后加的，留了一节在外面。

我们是错过行程临时决定夜宿常德的，这个酒店的退出的零压床具真是超级赞👍的，被子也好轻柔，酒店硬件设施看着就是当初本地区是高档次的了。即使是节日期间也服务人员非常热情。因为入住的旅客比较多，还给我们升级了家庭套房，强烈推荐这家店，下次路过一定还会在这家住的。

全五星好评，刚从火车站下车就有专车接，必须给这个司机大大的赞，人特别热情，特别好，还特别交代了走时还可以送到车站。另酒店干净卫生，还有丰富的早餐，价格也很实惠，以后来常德首选这家，赞赞赞
