酒店整体还可以，服务也比较亲和热情，但是还是希望更专业点，所以提几点建议
1.不要随意扔顾客的东西，即使是垃圾，这应该是酒店行业的行规（一个用过的面膜，本来还要二次利用的，但是被服务员扔掉）
2.早餐可以再丰富点
3.早餐券一次性给掉，别让顾客一次次的去前台拿，而且拿券的时候还被质疑为什么没券，但是明明是你们前台工作人员说的只能给第一天的，之后的需要自己来拿。要么就你们的服务员每天送到房间。
