入住当日常德气候闷热，潮湿，房间无制冷，理解酒店中央空调按照物业规定使用，可是你们不知道要以客人感受为重吗？我是入住你们酒店，不是入住物业。服务员第一次拿来电扇，让她帮忙去拿根网线，那嘴里啰嗦的不耐烦的，要知道你自己的职业，酒店没有培训过你吗？离店时刻意在冰箱留了东西，也无人提醒，可想而知你们的退房检查流程。

房间太差了 我们订的一间套房 厕所洗着澡外面漏水 叫服务员过来帮我们看看是什么原因 结果她说要叫工程部过来 大晚上的叫工程部合适吗？结果地上水也不整理一下 就走了 服务太差 以后去再也不去那里消费了 补充一点 非常不好停车
