服务很好的一家酒店 从前台的小姑娘到保洁保安 都是感觉非常温馨 酒店提供的早餐也是非常不错的 房间设施齐全 虽然入住时室外温度达零下十度 但是房间里面却是温暖如春 谢谢

酒店位置好，在市中心，旁边就有超市、药店、饭店，离景点很近，房间宽敞、干净卫生，卫生间干湿分离，住着很舒适，服务人员很热情，是一场不错的入住体验。

香格里拉维也纳酒店的位置不错，去独克宗古城还有松赞林寺都方便，酒店下楼就是公交车，步行到独克宗古城也就2.5公里。酒店有车可以带客人去纳帕海和普达措国家公园。

酒店给我们免费升级了豪华标间，本来是高级的！！一进房间就特别暖和，有地暖。就跟在东北一样，在里面穿短袖就很舒服因为温度高。但是室外温度就很冷了，街上都没什么人特别的冷清，零下2度，没有大理的天气舒服。总的来的这次对香格里拉挺失望的，也可能没来对季节，没看到绿绿的大草原，我朋友7月份来的就很美。冬天的香格里拉真的很冷荒无人烟的感觉。还是推荐去大理，丽江天气很舒服，也特别美！

酒店还算可以，有地暖，卫生什么都不错，在汽车站，到古城需要打车，周围吃饭的不算少，还算安静，算是不错的选择
