说实话原本想打差评的，一路住的都是维也纳酒店，基本是五星的服务，2星的价格。此酒店前台小姐姐服务意识不强，问她问题爱理不理，都是旁边的一个小伙子提醒她，为什么我没有打差评，是特别要谢谢前台的一个小伙子，同样是员工，他的服务意识就很强，发现问题，及时解决问题。这样的员工要表扬。二个员工的名字我不知道，但是是8月5号早班的员工，同样是员工差距大。

新开的酒店，硬件方面，房间大小适中，干净卫生，洗澡水大很舒服，而且热水即开即热，很方便。供暖应该是地热系统，比空调好用多了。软件方面，酒店管理人员和服多人只都很礼貌。另外，早餐品种还算丰富，能吃饱。餐厅去吃了一餐，湘菜，美味，价格合理。

位置距離客運站很近 ，安靜，5分鐘路程，房間很大，整潔乾淨，設施齊全，衛生間也比一般的快捷酒店大，員工服務態度很好。下次再來還會住的。
