感謝接待的服务员小姐，亲切恩勤的服务。态度很好，十分满分。只是乘客电梯就很不方便，在繁忙时间段，4部电梯，只开了一部。我站了20分钟才乘上。我的同伴们等不耐烦要從16层走到地下大堂。真的有待改善
