第一次去，拿到房卡，打开是脏房，桌子上还有剩菜碗碟。着实很生气??

整个酒店的服务态度还是不错的，餐厅经理很敬业，能够及时给客户留下联系方式方便下一次更好的服务。建议酒店公共场所及客房多一些植物，并且酒店没有自己的一种香味，另外，长沙当地的宣传不是很到位，两天出行几乎所有的车都不知道这个酒店，需要走出去，这点还是需要宣传。
