晚上10点半到酒店，居然告知没有房间了！携程确认了，但是酒店没有确认，然后各种等待和确认，最后得知是有些房间没有独立空调，酒店又不想开中央空调，所以没有房间，最后两间标间变成一个大床一个标间。时间已经12点了，前台只有一个人，被告知出门左转，结果左转了半天也找不到，外边一个保安也没有，再跑回来让这唯一一个工作人员带路，结果是很隐藏的一个门，黑黑的！到了房间结果空调是坏的，继续换房和折腾！早餐只有面条和米粉，而且餐厅没有空调，这个鬼天气在长沙没有空调怎么活！后来申诉后来了电风扇一台。前台挂着五星，但是服务真是连客栈都不如！

早餐一般，房间很大，有停车场周围交通不是很方便，酒店位置在望城属于比较偏僻的地方，如果不是自驾的话出入不太方便

位置太偏，打车不方便，周边吃的也没有，环境还可以，也蛮安静的，想出去只能提前加价预约车辆，还不一定能预约到。
