酒店环境和装潢倒是不错。但是服务设施太差了，首先前台不知道闪住概念，重复收费，服务员太少了，基本上是没有服务员了，喊个什么服务需要等很久。

给亲们提醒，商务出差千万不能去，我最奇皅的一次经历。前台开房后，门卡不能刷电梯，叫前台用她的卡刷后，到房间后不能开门；下来重新办卡，到房间后还不能开门，下楼到前台叫人开门，等半天后开门。周边是农村，无吃饭的地方，里面吃饭贼贵。免费早餐只有一碗粉或者面，餐厅，大堂黑乎乎，房间毛巾有放久了味道。最恼火的是，我刚时间，7:30到前台退房，前台没人，找到餐厅，告知前台8点上班，只能等到8点......
