1、首先入住前没有告知需要支付押金
2、支付完1K后，在我早上9点退房后，在我2点联系的时候告知我需要等7-8小时
3、早上我再打印发票过程中，问了一些问题，前台人员明显不耐烦
这一次长沙的入住的确酒店不错，但是服务感觉真的急很差

作为一个在生活在苏州的湖南人第一次回长沙实在太惊喜了，因为当时操作不仔细，没有定到江景房，前台漂亮妹妹二话不说升级了江景套房，实在是超值，酒店各方面都比我想象的好，尤其是对比昨天在武汉住的光谷希尔顿，简直是在两个世界，包括中餐厅，完胜武汉希尔顿，谢谢前台妹妹，谢谢酒店管理层，长沙也有很好的服务，和超级性价比的服务
