设施老旧，螨虫滋生，孩子皮肤过敏了。前台完全没有服务意识：房型是1-4层，预定时备注了尽量安排高层，当天上午十一点去到前台，告诉我只有一楼的房间了。你信吗？反正我是不信的。前台说2-4楼都给别人预定了，我说我下单的时候也备注了，她说她拿到的单没有写…

位置很好，出门对面就是地铁，步行十几分钟可达江边和橘子洲。后山还有一个小花园可以逛逛。就是服务比较一般，政府系酒店，这个没办法。不过，总体不错！
