房酒店的位置非常好，房间有些老旧。前台服务态度有些差。我们带孩子来到酒店已经接近12点。我们订了两间房，却把我们安排在2楼和3楼。我们协商，希望都能在一个楼层，服务员说可以等到凌晨两三点钟就可以有2楼的房间了。让我非常不理解，后来在我们一再的坚持下，30分钟后，帮我们安排好了两间，213和217，离得也非常远，不推荐酒店的床有些硬，住得并不是很舒服。

1、位置佳，岳麓山下，环境好，离地铁口近，去市中心、高铁站交通便利；2、设施陈旧，花洒出水不足、忽冷忽热，坐厕冲水不利；3、接待水平有待提高，提前预定价位房间因维修无法提供，酒店不提前告知，去到前台交钱时也不告知，直接自行帮你更换价格更高房间，虽然有优惠，虽然没多几个钱，但这是对顾客的不尊重，大堂经理一句道歉的话，不奌明也不会说；4 、床铺舒适，被子软和，卫生值得信赖；5、早餐可以，一是品种、二是就餐环境，值得肯定。6、虽有不足，瑕不掩瑜，秋天赏枫，还是最佳选择。

出行交通方便，宾馆周边商业区，可谓是闹中有静，宾馆内环境好，安静，住高层景观不错。缺点是房间偏小了点，热水不够热。
