酒店新开业，还有一些楼层没有完工，遗留装修味道。设施很新，比较完善。服务人员很热情，但是业务不熟练，感觉是新手。早餐还不错！有停车场，位置也好找，周边没有小吃，没有超市，出门三公里左右到闹市

这酒店唯一地段好，设施陈旧、破乱不堪，服务态度也差，开好房拿卡给你，居然开不了，打电话到前台叫服务员开一下门，就是一句没人，你自己下来看什么情况，自己下楼去前台，问前台是不是没给我刷卡，她就一句忘了，对不起都没有，开门进房那一股陈旧味扑鼻而来，心里觉得怎么这么差，想想己经开了就算了。因为刚进房间较冷，去开空调，空调开关居然是坏的，出风口有一层黑黑厚厚的灰尘，然后到前台找服务员换一间房，得到的回答是你进房动了东西不可以换，实际就在床上坐了一下而已，这样的态度全国遇到仅此一家。更气的早上退房，牙具6元一套很明显，我主动支付6元零钱，前台顺便问了一句喝矿泉水没有，我确实喝了一瓶，也主动说喝了一瓶，她说8元钱，矿泉水上没标价格，我以为是免费矿泉水，一瓶1块钱康师傅的矿泉水收8元，我被吭不要紧，希望大家不要被吭就好。
