房间乾净整洁，服务员小姐姐热情，周到。保洁阿姨很贴心。因为第二天我们是续住，刻意交代需要补充洗漱用品，床上用品就不用保洁阿姨更换了。保洁阿姨还给我专门手写了感谢卡，昨天离店的时间酒店小姐姐还专门给我们送了伴手礼。长沙的天尽管很冷，但长沙人的热情让我们很暖。酒店的江景真的绝美。下次还来。

房间很好，服务都很好，我们有问题都能及时解决，带娃出行为我们提供了很多便利，房间整体很乾净，舒服，前台小姐姐还帮忙升级了房型，从房间往外看上去风景很好，下次如果来长沙，洲际肯定是首选

很信赖洲际品牌 整个入住过程都非常顺利，体验也不错，服务很热情，感谢前台Serein和礼宾Paul的热情招待。14年开业到现在，维养很不错，装修大气，房间智能，床超大，推窗即见湘江，美。有机会再来

非常好，虽然设施有些年头，但是维护得不错，可以考虑升级一下吹风机，卢经理非常好，有求必应，Ivanka 也不错。
