路过长沙住一晚，可能是因为周末，交通便利、车子较少，据介绍上下班高峰期堵车，出行可以避开。晚上回来、服务员做了夜床服务、很贴心

其它都很好，单独说一下服务，下楼check out，柜台边上一线站满人，既不知道是否按顺序办理业务，也没有人员提示引导，期间也有要办check in的客人和我一样懵*不知道站在哪里算排队。想想就这样等下，或许工作人员能关注到，按先来后到给办理吧，居然等了快15分钟才轮到，期间柜台根本没有一个人意识到柜台前的乱状。好歹也算老品牌，真心建议好好关注这些服务细节吧，您要是那种商旅酒店我也就不写这些了
