冲着凯宾斯基的牌子去的，酒店的地理位置很差，周边都是破旧的房子，酒店在顺天的写字楼内，停车很垃圾。地下车库都是油腻腻的，不明原因。入住的39楼行政房，所有房间都没有景观，这点很糟糕。去湘江边上也不方便。要玩湘江橘子洲头的还是推荐尼依格罗和君悦，价格贵点还是值得的。

不是很喜欢酒店的大堂 乱糟糟 根本不像凯宾斯基的风格 地理位置还可以 出行比较方便 服务质量一般 工作人员的反应都比较慢和程式化

十一假期过来就到家价格上涨很多～酒店总体还是对得住五星级，服务不错
隔音已经算好的了，但是我这灵气的耳朵还是可以略微听到隔壁屋的鼾声
