与家人一起入住，整体感觉不错，酒店开业12年，虽然时间久了，但是酒店环境很好，酒店设施设备也不错，服务人员热情，房间卫生干净整洁，去外面交通方便。

此酒店基本设施和我入住的四星酒店几乎相同、价格却是四星的一倍、绝对给我有上当的感觉，服务员十一点就来敲门，不知道此酒店搞什么鬼？颠覆了我对五星酒店的概念，以后我还是住住四星吧！
