相當差勁的酒店！還不如一般的招待所。定的還是商務套房。太失望。其一，酒店設施又髒又舊，地毯還是上世紀就淘汰的綠地毯，上面是大塊大塊的污漬，還有水泡過的痕跡。床頭的靠背是破的，換了兩閒房都一樣，房間内有很濃的煙味，爲了遮掩，酒店灑了很濃很劣質的香水，屋内燈光暗淡，混合起來的異味真讓人倒胃口。
其二，衛生條件相當差，房間窗戶全是污垢，根本看不見外面，霧蒙蒙。寫字臺前面的鏡子下也是厚厚的污垢沉澱。水壺也是坏的。
其三，酒店服務人員素質很差，很不禮貌。還和客人理論，沒有見過這樣的。酒店大堂行李服務生就像木頭，不主動。大堂經理態度惡劣。退房速度極慢。
住過才知道什麽叫馬屎外面光！就大堂能拿出手！

酒店地理位置还不错，但是房间潮气很大，有一股霉味。由于长沙相映环保不提供一次性洗漱用品，虽然洗手间都有但是需要花钱，给人感觉很不好。拖鞋也要单收费。总体感觉一般。不好不坏吧。艺龙的价格比较实惠，还行。
