酒店过于陈旧，我入住的五楼行政豪华间，五楼竟然开着一个茶楼，一大帮人光着膀子坐在电梯口大声喧哗，早上三楼KTV在装修，敲敲打打让人无法入睡，打电话房务中心投诉，回复是KTV承包给别人了，没办法。然后就一直响个不停。和四星级的酒店形象严重不符。

酒店空调只能开关，不能调温度。书桌太小，放了笔记本电脑就没什么空间了。房间灯光太暗，设施有点旧。浴室地上有污迹，可能时间过久已清洗不掉。早餐没有什么热菜选择。入住和退房时间较久，有待改进。

酒店的设施非常老旧了,和他的价格比性价比太差,很不值,卫生服务也很一般,地理位置倒是很好很方便.
