在湖大附近，停车很方便，吃饭方便，超市也在附近，无线很快，热水充足。空调效果一般，门大型隔音不太好，走廊说话声很大。早餐品种略少。。性价比中等。

去考试订的，离托福考点很近，一下楼右拐就是考试的楼，非常方便。附件是学区，因此有很多吃的，蒸菜，火锅，冒菜等等。房间很大很干净，卫生间还有干湿分区，这很好。有电脑桌，方便学习，但是似乎没有有线网，wifi也比较慢，除此之外都很满意。
