酒店设施显得比较陈旧，达不到豪华间的要求，但好在很安静，也还算干净。地理位置位于湖大天马学生公寓附近，离湖南大学、湖南师大等都很近，周边小吃很多，很有学院街的特点，是送学生到校和看望孩子的首选。
