位置相当于湖大和中南之间，跟着地图很好找，前台服务一般，硬要两百现金做押金，只好疲于奔命去提现。房间很大有地毯，装修设施老旧，而且设置不合理，像图4床头旁空荡荡。有网络电影，空调老觉得不够力，最差的是网络，虽然强大到对面马路都收得到但不时会卡顿。毛巾是磨损到破了的。总体来讲性价比不高。

酒店住着整体还是很满意的，一是离黄兴步行街五一广场坡子街这些繁华地段都比较近，无论是去购物还是吃小吃都是非常的方便，二是酒店的体验还是很不错的，房间宽敞并且有窗，还免费提供矿泉水咖啡茶叶，这点比很多大型酒店都要大气，很不错，还贴心的提供充电器。三是在我咨询五六家酒店都无法开增值税专票的时候，欧迪佳可以开，真是有种雪中送炭的感觉。
