大堂很有格调，装修很豪华。地理位置优越，交通方便，对面就是橘子洲风景区。行政楼层房间舒适，整洁，明亮，视野很好。文华天使Candy处理事情灵活，专业，干练，服务态度很好！在入住时发现窗户有点漏雨，大堂经理Mandy Qin在接到我的电话后很快带维修工人来处理，并将我的房间升级到行政房，并赠送了果盘，服务十分贴心，下次长沙还会选择长沙万达文化。

酒店地理位置很不错，就在沿江风光带对面，可以看见橘子洲头，离步行街也很近！酒店设施也很棒，装修的富丽堂皇，房间也比较舒适！服务态度也很不错！唯一的缺陷就是1000多的房价我觉得定得稍微有点高！
