服务给一星的原因是，酒店是收取服务费的，并未觉得有享受过礼宾部的什么服务，人在房间有时侯点外卖没法马上下去拿，又不愿意浪费外卖小哥的时间等，礼宾部连放都不能放。今天的星巴克咖啡酒就因为晚下去了一会儿不见了，请问是替我扔掉了？礼宾部是服务性质的部门，总想着怎么样去减少一些事情，却不想着怎么提高服务。说餐饮有风险，不能放更不能送，好的，不送没关系，放也不能放，这样就从根源避免了住客找事情。你要避免事情，你可以签免责条款，而不是压根就避开它，不然谈什么服务？偶尔这一次的不会觉得有什么，常客久而久之就不能忍受了。而什么是常客，常客一般都是万达的会员。要把生意往外推，这难道是酒店制定一些没有人性化规定的出发点吗？我憋了很久了。酒店后台也可以核对一下我的入住次数。有些需要通过礼宾部的事情，我宁愿自己打快捷服务电话，宁愿自己去前台，不敢劳烦。
