假期带媳妇出来玩，媳妇想看江景，考虑各方面因素选了富力文华，服务特别好，前台给升级到了套房，没想到是花了行政的钱住了王思聪的同款。去湖南博物馆要核酸报告，我的核酸报告在酒店里，打电话给前台，前台特别快发给我了入住时登记的核酸照片。下次来长沙还会选择这里。

服务：酒店的服务很赞，文华天使很热情，前台办理入住很快捷，服务彬彬有礼，礼宾主动帮忙拿行李，很热情的向我推荐周边的美食和景点，值班经理办事效率也高，遇到的服务人员也都会真诚的问候。

交通便利。这个不光体现在停车上。冰凝香江可以遍揽山水洲城的风景。同时长沙的闹市区，出酒店就能品尝到，最具长沙特色的。小吃和湘菜。当然酒店自身的出品也非常过得硬。
这次住唯一就是有一点遗憾，就是隔壁那一家的客人非常嘈杂，而且大大咧咧的在通道抽烟。打开门大声喧哗到深夜。以后这样的客人，我会提醒酒店要提醒一下它的素质🐱

交通便利，江景辉煌，餐厅出品质优美味，有湘菜的浓郁，又兼顾食材的应季新鲜，大堂吧的茶点，甜而不腻，款款出品精致。
设施先进人性化，服务到位。值班经理及时帮忙解锁黄码，急客人所急，解决后顾之忧，极其点赞。

第一次来长沙跟朋友一起入住的这，感觉特别好。酒店大堂很大气，并且地理位置特别好，就在湘江边，还可以看到灯光秀。环境优美，出行方便。酒店房间也很宽敞，设施设备齐全。服务也特别好，是我见过最人性化的服务了。天使管家很专业，前台办理也很快，餐厅味道好极了。下次来玩还来这里。
