万达文华位置很方便，离高铁站和机场都很近，就在市中心相当便利，酒店门外很大很干净，很漂亮，周边的环境非常好，进了酒店大堂有扑鼻而来的香味给人感觉非常奢华，大堂装修相当的大气豪华，尤其是水晶吊灯好漂亮好奢华，酒店设计大气典雅，礼宾部的服务不错很主动，房间住的很舒适，视野很好，设施设备完善，打扫卫生很干净，阿姨也很有礼貌。前台服务很好，颜值高，很贴心，天使小姐姐服务意识强，很专业，很热情，酒店提供的桂圆红枣茶口味很不错，非常好！赞，赞，赞！

酒店的地理位置很优越，旁边就是湘江和橘子洲，离市中心近，交通很方便，步行至坡子街和五一广场都很近，不管是商务出行还是旅游选择这里都很方便。房间面积很大，床很软，很舒适，空气清新，整洁，配套设施一应俱全，装修很有格调，视野很好，江景也很美。酒店工作人员都素质很高，前台服务很好，效率高，还会有红衣服的小姐姐过来奉茶，尤其服务真的很细致周到了。酒店早餐品种丰富，口味很有本地特色，整体入住体验很好！
