办入住时只是随意的说了声头痛，前台服务员就问是不是感冒了，说稍后送个体温计量下体温看是不是发烧了，当时心里有种说不出的小感动，后进房间看到这个布置，感觉好温馨，没多久体温计就送到了，还叫我关注了公众号，说有需要日常小用品或别的小物件可在公众号提交就可以了，真是太走心的服务了，大爱

这是近几年住过最满意的地方了 没有星级酒店的高冷 没有快捷酒店的爱搭不理 这里每个工作人员都热情满满 见了面会主动打招呼 会帮忙开门按电梯 服务热心周到 漂亮的管家嬛嬛还把我送到房间，细心的介绍了房间的设施设备和免费的增值项目，非常实用。感觉很亲切，像家人一样，被这里服务吸引。总之非常满意！还会再次入住的！

因为朋友住隔壁小区，所以来长沙不是第一次住这家酒店了。这次入住感觉酒店变化挺大的，服务更热情了，早餐也比较丰富，从博物馆回来酒店管家还送来了西米露甜品，朋友也有一份哦，很贴心！床很舒服， 打扫房间的阿姨都特别贴心，看我们喝水多还特意多送了两瓶水，良心推荐，性价比最高的酒店！对了，前台还有新玩意，手机消毒盒子，哼哼，不错??

酒店服务很温馨很贴心，提供了接送服务，司机师傅很热情，还备了矿泉水给我们，驾驶技术很不错，车内干净整洁，到了酒店前台小姐姐高速的办理了入住，还帮忙把行李送到房间听我说要洗头还特意告诉我吹风机在哪，真是个贴心的小姐姐还说有事随时Call她，热心的不得了，很不错的一家酒店，下次到长沙一定再订他们家
