前台业务不熟悉，退房高峰期，尽然只有一个不熟练服务人，说同事去吃饭了，我是11点退房，11:30尽然没搞好，吃饭的人也一直没下来，总之退房的人看起来都不满意，我最后水单都没打，总之感觉出差住过最差酒店，Wi Fi信号也特别差。
