订的家庭三人房，有三张床睡的还行，但是卫生间设施简直让人不能忍受:1、晚上没热水，水只是有点温而已，在冬天怎么可能洗冷水澡，到第二天早上才有热水;2、马桶打开超级脏，给前台反应，她说时间长了应是水锈让服务员洗。那么这间房是有多久没打扫了?我从没见过那么脏的马桶，服务员洗了之后好点但是漏水(发的图片是洗过之后的马桶);3、淋浴间地砖又脏又烂，洗水池水笼头松动，开关时会晃来晃去;4、wifi不能上网，给前台说，前台说了一句:“不会吧!”然后就没下文了，根本没人管。这四星级标准(前台说是准四星)让我第二天一大早赶紧逃离。
