第一，房间有蟑螂，卫生特别差。管理几乎无效率。和前台反应屋内有蟑螂后，酒店没有任何道歉，也没有换房，只是一句“没办法”敷衍了事。第二，位置不好。在迎宾路上非常多酒店，这家酒店位置不好。第三，酒店安排房间出错。第四，房内没有配置吹风机，打电话给前台，说房间里有，让自己找，找了两次以后反应无吹风机，然后服务员送吹风机过来。第五，要是回来晚了，几乎无热水，玩了一整天出了特别多汗，结果只能洗低温凉水。总之，对这一家标榜高档的酒店感到非常失望，大家选择时，请自行珍重。

说实话有很多不能忍的地方，我们定的麻将房首先就是设施老旧，卫生是我所住过酒店最最最差的，简直不能忍，麻将机出现问题后来的工作人员说不能解决，淋浴水温低，大冷天的真的是种折磨，这个标准将近四百，看评论居然有人说性价比高，真的是不懂了，四星？？？搞笑，连普通小宾馆都不如，第一次差评，希望看到的人慎重选择，不要被华天二字所骗

跟上次完全不一样感觉，小吃没有了，洗浴里面的地板还是活动的，差点摔跤。人不在，就有服务员去打扫卫生。这个是最不能接受的。
