先说入住 分两个单定了两晚 前台找不到单（其实是根本没仔细找）拖了好久才办理入住
再说环境 房间一阵烟味扑鼻而来 700押金 设施陈旧 空调完全是摆设 比风扇效果还差 不知为何长沙的酒店为何九月底就省电省钱不开冷气 30度啊 那么厚棉被 怎么睡啊
夜晚睡下后感觉身体痒 不知道是蚊子咬还是前面房客说的被子问题 一夜没睡 奇痒无比 然后起来找 发现被子床单很多这种异物
第二天赶紧换了附近的维也纳 虽然第二晚房费也付了没得取消 但也是怕了 情愿亏掉房费也不会再住

前台上岗没培训过的……忒不认真。中午问还剩多少押金。説20几块，。。。当然就给搞懵了。后来到前台才知道是网络订单没给算一起，当时明明跟前台确认了的，隔俩天前台居然不知道原先房费艺龙已经预付了的。难道当时没给处理好嚒，或者交班也没注备
