入住过多次了，没想到这次这么服务差，停车的时候保安就态度恶劣，入住房间的时候发现没提供矿泉水，去找打扫卫生的阿姨要，还死活不相信的口气，打电话给前台，也是一样的口气，难道谁还会骗你两瓶水吗，既然是做酒店的，服务态度有待提高
