来常熟这边出差第一次入住万枫酒店总体感觉很满意，地理位置方便好停车停车免费，前台Nia和Alice小姐姐服务很周到，早餐种类很丰盛中西式各种点心都有很完美，出差首选

五一假期短途出游。
自助早餐:买的早餐券非常一般。 吃的东西不多。 没有性价比。
酒店设施非常一般 不如同价位全季。 电视不能投屏。頩道也少只能播放中央台几个頩道 。洗浴水温非常不稳定。忽冷忽热。
30度的天。房间空调无法使用。空调主机没开。连送风都不行
导致开窗睡觉太吵。 关窗太闷热。
酒店隔音太差。 一大早6点多走廊上就所有声音都反馈到房内。

最值得表扬的是早餐很棒，食材新鲜，选择多，品质好，服务人员都很认真负责专业。当然，设施空调洗澡水也都很好用。衞生也很不错，完全没有异味。
需要改善的地方是，登记入住的时候一位前台男士似乎对业务不太熟练，我们携程预订的时候是有免费早餐的待遇的，这位工作人员似乎完全没有意识到，登记完成后，我发现他不知道此事，不得不把携程预订讯息拿给他看，他才恍然大悟。我们携程上订了两间房间，一间标准间双床房，另一间大床房。这位男士也搞不大清楚，开始还问我是否定的是两间双床房。我也不得不跟他解释一下。

Fairfield by Marriott in Changshu exceeded my expectations. The room service was impeccable, and the breakfast offerings were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel as it’s near to Railway station and bus stand.
