酒店位置有点偏，国庆期间亲子游居多，酒店也有很多亲子游戏。服务很好，到的比较晚 房间做了升级，早餐时间长，可以睡懒觉。

服务很好。设施也很棒。服务人员态度很可亲。游泳池的水有点凉 宝宝去不行水温只有28度。这次去就游泳有点遗憾。

正好武汉肺炎期间入住，有点忐忑。酒店卫生工作很好，服务也贴心，下午茶送到房间，虽然第二天的早餐有点简陋，但是非常时期也能理解。

虽然不在常熟市中心，但是相对来说比较安逸，环境也不错。酒店整体设施比较齐全也，虽然设施很新，但是对人体有害的气味完全没有。酒店一楼有儿童乐园，分为室内和室外，同时也有抓娃娃机之类的休闲设备，还是比较适合带孩子来度假的。周边暂时都还在开发，有一个比较小型的商圈，吃饭什么问题不大。

假期出游，找了附近的亲子酒店！亲子活动还不错，但是虽然打着亲子酒店的招牌，入住时特地告知我们有小朋友一起，但是却没有准备小朋友的用具，再次打电话去前台才给的！我们住的两日，第二天打扫房间后，再次没有提供小朋友的用品，这一点真的让人很不理解！周边有个商业街，可以吃饭，逛逛，还不错！
