性价比一半 没有早饭 服务不熟练 前台服务态度不好 就两个人 接电话又干其它事。房间太窄 进房间就觉得太窄了 其它方面床还可以的 蛮舒适的。地址有点偏的 要求吃饭出行玩乐方便的 不合适入住。

实在是最糟糕的入住体验。因为当初在云南丽江铂尔曼实在是礼遇有加，度过非常美好地假期生活，所以再次选择铂尔曼品牌酒店，可是苏州这家实在让人失望！位置路途这些就不去探讨了，酒店完全没有任何礼宾服务，入住的房间窗户漏水，换房间酒店没有任何致歉，客房服务实在是太糟糕，要求送两瓶饮用水三次电话，最后还是致电大堂经理才解决，最可笑的体验！……换被子……所有的简单服务都是非常难以达成！客房设施也非常简陋陈旧了！很质疑铂尔曼总体的品质控制！应该再也不会选择这个品牌。
