酒店是天目湖和御水温泉集团旗下的，管理比较正规，服务很好。店内装修古色古香，位置绝佳，离竹海和温泉都比较近。唯一感觉不太好的是酒店隔音有点差，入睡后走廊脚步声和楼上杂音比较干扰。

很干净，去竹海也很方便，而且住店客人可以去前台开票，凭票买竹海的门票可以打折哦！唯一的不足就是早餐不是很好

地理位置不错，离南山竹海很近，前台张舒很热情，不仅帮我们升级成套房，看我们有孩子还把我们领到房间。因为天热，房间里的设施很好，空调效果也很好。另外在前台买竹海温泉和天目湖的票都是八折，一次很不错的入住体验。
