服务相当热情，存在的问题（窗关不紧风的声音很大）也马上帮我们调换了房间。其中一间还免费升级成了套房，让人感觉非常不错。

途家的服务台在华美达的52楼，停车场虽然不远但是没有指示标牌，客服极为热情，帮我升级成套间，有浴缸有厨房有客厅。小米盒子熟悉了还是比较好用的。总体还是很不错的。

这是我睡过的所有酒店最硬的床，这床垫也太坑了，就像直接睡在一块板上，一晚上骨头疼，空调也不给力，开了27度感觉就比没开稍微好一点，晚上洗的袜子早上都没干，在其他地方都会干的。不知道是不是因为这是特价房才这样
