和家人去天目湖泡温泉订的酒店，前台小姐人很好，我们订的两间房没有安排在一个楼面，为了帮我们安排在一个楼面，特地帮我们一间房升级成套房，很感谢！房间很干净也很大，很满意

看了无数好评才决定尝试一下，果然尝试是需要代价的，整体的体验是糟糕的。
1.位置：应该说还可以，比较中心，只是前台和住的楼是分开的，体现稍差，但也不大碍。
2.前台：我并没有因为前台的门面小而看不起它，只是走进去就会有一种山寨的私人旅馆味道，前台服务人员着装随意，东西摆放凌乱。
3.房间：一走进去就有一股下水道返上来的臭味，因为到的晚也就将就了，厕所小的转身都费劲，浴室毛巾破旧不堪也罢还夹杂发丝，打开空调悲剧了，像鼓风机一样，吵的根本没法睡着，因为已经洗完澡了，算了也将就了，一躺下，彻底悲剧了，这床垫真是见鬼了，躺上去一根根弹簧都体验的清清楚楚，这得是多么廉价的床垫啊？7天的床垫都甩这个几条街了。
