前台的lydia办理入住时非常热情，主动加了微信，将酒店的攻略及时推送，反馈给她的问题都能协助处理，酒店还有零食大礼包，还有公仔，水果，一切都比较顺利，挺好的，对她的整个服务表示认可

crystal王帮办理的入住 ，服务态度很好！一家四口出行，亲子房很不错。有一张2米和一张1.2的床，酒店干净整洁，还有赠送恐龙谷温泉门票，步行几十米就到了。

酒店位置很棒，就在恐龙园附近，很好找。房间环境很好，干净卫生，有淋雨也可以泡澡🛀，很不错。酒店的小曹小姐姐也很不错，刚入住就把酒店攻略发过来啦，一应俱全，还送了公仔🧸和水果！棒棒哒！下次还会入住～

环境非常好，距离温泉及恐龙园很近，到恐龙园的最佳五星酒店。春节期间的下午茶，欢迎水果以及温泉套餐，太让人惊喜啦。此次行程前台小曹的提供的一对一微信服务，以及客房部刘春玲的贴心服务，让人印象深刻，下次再来！
