酒店位置非常好，在常州市中心南大街旁莱蒙都会一楼，楼下就有个采耳店，非常适合住酒店，采个耳。门口前台很热情，每次进出都会报以热烈的欢迎。
餐厅女经理很漂亮，为大家服务的同时考虑到大家的感受。

酒店位置不错，市中心，周边吃喝玩乐都有，可惜家庭房都是靠里面天井的窗，通风不是很好，早餐不错，丰富，服务也不错。

艺龙显示是高档，前台表示没有星级，这是艺龙的事情！酒店的问题：1.房间设置太紧凑，像走迷宫，4个弯到达电梯，如果有危险事态，怎么办；2.房间配置与高档不符合，32寸的电视机，只有电视功能，而且还有雪花点，我穿越到10年前了吗！没有在线网络电视；3.床单存在污渍，这样的床单能够铺上去，缺乏管理；4.早餐档次与高档不符合，至少只是吃，而不是对应高档的吃好，桌台无专用餐巾纸摆放，而是在点心台上，而且是维达最差的抽纸！总之，要高档，就不能节约微小成本，连餐巾都要扣减，就别定位高档，省得客人误点，影响客户体验感！下次来常州，我不会住了！
