服务来说本来想三星，但迎宾和前台还有客房服务还算不错，早餐到9:30，9点下来吃基本没什么东西问了一个服务员，尽然说都供应完了餐盘里的都没有了可以理解，煮鸡蛋说没了那也就算可以理解，酸奶也说没了，作为一个在携程上算豪华型的酒店来说不因该吧关键作为一个服务员看见有些人在服务忙碌，但这位在面台旁洗百合不做好自己的服务工作在那轻轻松松的洗百合，估计也是有后台的吧，不然也不会其他服务员在忙，她一个人开开心心洗百合。当时有几位住客也开始按耐不住，这也太不像话了，这是有位员工出来园场酸奶什么的都拿出了。只想在这说酒店行业服务第一，有蛀虫就好马上清理不然早晚惹祸端。
