第二次入住了，和同事一起来常州出差，一进酒店大堂就有行李员帮忙搬运行李，前台服务人员服务非常热情，行李员还帮忙把行李送到房间，下午和同事一起出去，前台向我推荐了附近的旅游景点，回来的时候房间已经做好了夜床还送了水果和酸奶。

来常州出差，前台服务人员服务特别好，房间还帮我做了免费的升级，办完入住还帮我引领到电梯，房间挺干净，还帮我安排了一个安静的房间，晚上还有免费的夜宵提供，退房的时候还送了我一把常州特色的梳子

也住了不少酒店，第一次碰到凌晨三点屋顶漏水的情况，明明在六楼，不是顶楼外面也不下雨，偏偏半夜开始漏水，本以为漏一会就结束了，也没想吵醒其他人，结果硬生生漏了一个小时都没停，把老年人都吵醒了，打电话给前台，凌晨四点换房间，也没什么补偿，再也没睡着，一大早还得起床去一院，身心疲惫。
