非常差的住宿体验，而且我订了两天，还不可以退，真的很差，比我在上海住的火车站附近的无星，邮电大厦差很多，真不知道四星如何评上的，那么多好评如何来的。隔音非常差，半夜快1点了，隔壁房看电视，声音之大，我如身临其境。我是12月下旬入住，可以酒店房间非常热，超过27.5，最可怕的是我一直没有开暖气，因为暖气不可以调温度，一开只有热风，而且因为没窗，所以我一直开门换气，真的好热，脸都热红了，太难受了。9点给前台打电话，一共打了三次电话，第一次来了一个服务员，第二次来了一个暖气工程师，告诉我没有办法调低温度，因为中央供暖，房间自己不可调温度。到晚上11点半才来了一个经理，说是换一间还是没窗户的房间，可是我去一看，没有人住的已经27.5度了........，真是无语，又到楼下看了另一间房，估计凉快一点点，可是那时候我女儿已经睡了，换不了房了。更夸张的是，前台的男接待员居然说如果觉得热那晚上就开着门睡觉.........，结果我们在无窗，不开空调，透不了气的房间睡了一晚。第二天，他们调整了中央空调温度，终于房间只有25.5度了，酒店借给我一个电风扇，最终没有用。我们又在封闭，无透气的房间里睡了一晚，结果早上女儿发烧了。酒店送给我瓷杯道歉。总之，非常差的一次住宿，不会再去了。

酒店离景点很近，之前订的喜来登逢到常州开会没有标间，机缘巧合订的南都。非常不错，很满意。性价比很高。
