安全是严重问题，整个洒店看不到门禁系统及保安（整个行程只看到一个保洁），1、2楼更偏，外面的人可以随便进入，如果被劫杀，估计叫破喉咙都没人听到。设施和好点的经济型酒店（如锦江、如家等）一样，且房间连个面巾纸都没有，、窗户没纱窗，根本达不到四星标准。不知道为什么有这么多好评。

距离天目湖还算比较近，环境不错，停车方便，房间面积大概20平，没有网上看到的那么大，用餐价格比较合理，服务还可以

酒店环境很优雅，前台服务特别贴心，酒店可以出示景区门票八折证明券，我忘记带了，前台微信拍照发给我，还体贴的联系景区售票区域，非常感谢，值得一住。
