酒店离南山竹海、御水温泉、1号公路很近，群山环绕风景不错，前台美女热情温柔，酒店早餐种类丰富，孩子在酒店儿童乐园玩的不亦乐乎。房间还行，稍有味道，隔音欠佳。

酒店位置离南山竹海2公里左右，交通便利，周边安静，不像景点住宿嘈杂。到达是周五晚7点不到，餐饮部还在等着我们用餐。点了套餐，味道还可以。房间内放置了小点心和饮料，进门冷气扑面，不用插房卡就可以操作。前台服务人员态度和蔼，在酒店买的景点门票，到景点后出示房卡打八折。酒店早饭蛮丰盛，吃的饱饱的，面条的浇头很符合我们的口味。南山竹海景区内环境好，厕所都很干净，还专门配有小孩的坐便器，贴心的不得了。工作人员服务态度很好，业务及服务质量都经过专业培训，值得一去。
