这个端午带娃去恐龙园玩，选择奥体名都入住，地下车库的保安大叔很热情，又是开门又是拎东西，还给全程送到房，真心感谢，酒店还给第一时间送了水果和牛奶，办入住也是免压金，实在又热心。离店的时候，保安大叔还特地给我们擦车。唯一的不足，住在8楼居然还有点小吵

保安汤宜柱非常热情，钥匙不小心掉了马上就帮忙找回来了，非常感谢！还帮忙开门，拿行李！下次来还会住这里！

这家酒店服务超级赞，一到酒店大门，服务人员帮忙拿行李，如果是开车还免费洗车。入住以后有提供免费水果一份超贴心。因为旅途劳累，中午叫了一份外卖，酒店服务员超有礼貌鞠躬递上我的外卖，着实让我很惊讶，服务员的素质忒高！下午我们打算到室内游泳池游泳，酒店规定一间房限定2张票，因为我们是3人(带小孩)，和酒店说明情况，很快答应多送出一张免费劵。晚上回来，房间已被服务员收拾过了还放了两罐牛奶，超棒的。早餐就别说了，超级丰盛。如果再去常州，我必去这家酒店，服务，设施都是5星标准。

酒店地段很好，在市区，停车方便，硬件设施一应俱全，舒适度很高。服务更是做到极致，停车场保安大叔帮忙指挥，开车门，提行李，免费洗车；前台帅哥美女非常温和，体贴地送上热毛巾；大堂小美女帮忙提行李，送我们进电梯；客房服务王芹阿姨更加客气，服务礼貌，又送水果牛奶，又送养生汤，还给宝宝送儿童拖鞋牙刷，感动地想哭。无需看明天的早餐，今天晚上就可以直接给他们打满分，下次来一定还要选这里。
