酒店总体服务还是不错的，其他设施还行，但空调完全无力，住了两晚，第一天入住，房间28°打电话给客房投诉空调没效果，客房说大楼空调没开，给我送个电风扇过来，第二天见到同事，说他们房间都有空调啊，果断到大堂投诉，最后给我升级换了个房间，这是我第一次遇到这样的酒店客房，还有这样忽悠客人的

酒店附近就是建材城，环境不太好。酒店内部还是装修比较不错的，可是房间内有异味，房间窗户也是坏的，没有锁，墙上都有霉斑，墙体也有点开裂，房间里也不提供梳子，最重要的是空调根本没用！一晚上都凉不下来。打电话给前台说窗户的事，前台表明他们能保证房间的安全，然后就没有下文了。后面打电话想问空调的事情，就不接电话了。
