服务态度很差，老牌的四星酒店，没有服务意识。态度骄横。早餐种类挺多。同事的房间里有只超大的蟑螂。沐浴液空了也不知道自动补充下。

9楼的两个特价房体验非常糟糕，灯光昏暗，家具老旧，跟100块钱的小旅馆差不多，问前台居然还没房间换，住过多次凤凰这次是最差的，建议大家不要选正对电梯的909和910两个房间，不值。
